News on the Studio
COVID Update:
Due to physical distancing requirements, all semi-private classes have been cancelled until further notice. Private in-studio classes will be offered starting June 9, 2020 unless the State of Emergency is extended. Virtual mat and reformer classes are also being offered to clients who would like to continue to workout. Please note that in order to ensure safe online classes, students are required to have an appropriate setup to allow viewing by the instructor of them during the class.

Private and semi-private Pilates Reformer and Mat classes taught with a certified STOTT Pilates instructor.
Prices
Private Reformer Class - $50/hr
Semi-private Class - $40/hr
All prices are effective January 1, 2020
All classes are 1 hour in duration for in-studio classes. Online classes are a minimum of 45 minutes and maximum of 1 hour. Prices for online classes vary. Please see the class calendar for details.
Promotions
I believe in giving clients who commit to 10 classes a break.
10 private classes - $450 ($45/class)
Couples Pilates (semi-private) - $350/person for 10 classes

Can I do Pilates if I’m undergoing physiotherapy? Yes, all classes are tailored to the client. Please bring in your exercise program that the physiotherapist has provided so complimentary exercises can be done.
Do I wear shoes? Pilates is traditionally done in bare feet and all work done on the reformer is done in a bare foot, grippy socks, or studio wrap shoes.
Is there a change room available? There is a bathroom that is available for changing in, however , there is no dedicated change room or shower facilities available.
Can I visit the studio before booking a class? Yes, I like showing new clients the studio and there is no obligation to book a class. Please email or text to schedule a time.
Can I observe a class being taught? Yes, but permission of the class participants must be done in advance so please text or email to inquire.
What type of payments are accepted? Cash or e-transfer are accepted payments. All sales are final.
Do class packages expire? Yes, you have 1 year from the time of purchase to use your classes.
Besides a lower price for class packages, is there any benefits that are offered? Yes, all clients with paid packages have priority booking and are guaranteed weekly class slots.
Are pre-paid classes and class packages refundable? No. Refunds are not provided for pre-paid class packages. Classes are transferrable and can be put on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 6 months, but you must contact the studio to make arrangements. Failure to contact the studio before the expiration date will result in default of classes.
Do you volunteer your services for charity or community events? Yes. I believe that being able to provide back to the community is important. Please email the studio with community event details so that I can confirm availability.
